Stacey Sutton pens Chicago Sun-Times op-ed on traffic cameras and public safety
UIC associate professors of urban planning and policy Kate Lowe, Stacey Sutton and Nebiyou Tilahun co-authored a Chicago Sun-Times op-ed calling for a more equitable and effective approach to Chicago traffic safety in advance of a City Council vote on an ordinance to raise the threshold for ticketing motorists caught speeding by automated enforcement cameras.
