Austin Community Food Co-op: A Feasibility Study
Solidarity Economy students’ feasibility study for a new food cooperative in Chicago’s Austin Neighborhood. In collaboration with Austin Coming Together, students explore effective cooperative practices with a focus on community health and economic democracy
